Gujarat Introduces AC Vista Dome Coach Buses
PM Modi recently inaugurated the AC Vista Dome Coach Buses at the Statue of Unity in Gujarat. He did not just launch the service but also enjoyed a ride on one of the buses. As per NDTV report, the service has been introduced at Ekta Nagar, where the Statue of Unity is located. Now, what got us excited is that, unlike regular buses, these coaches come with glass roofs. Their transparent, dome-shaped roofs let passengers enjoy views of the open sky throughout the journey.
If you’re a nature lover, travelling in these buses should definitely be on your to-do list. They let you enjoy the surrounding scenery without even stepping out of the bus. And guess what? The Statue of Unity is not the only destination that could get these buses. Gujarat plans to introduce similar AC Vista Dome Coach Buses in phases across the state’s tourist destinations and heritage routes.

What Facilities Can You Expect On These Buses?
These new buses have 23 premium passenger seats. You can easily revolve and recline your seats to travel comfortably. They also have an LED Smart TV, CCTV cameras, a mini refrigerator and a coffee machine. There are charging points too, so you can easily charge your phones during the journey.
As for the expansion of these bus services across the Gujarat‘s popular tourist destinations, we don’t have a complete list of places that will get them yet. We expect the government to share more details soon. Until then, enjoy these beautiful bus journeys at the Statue of Unity.
