Just when you thought Indian street food trends couldn’t get more bizarre, we’re here to prove you wrong. From an omelette prepared in Fanta, Gulab Jamun added to chaat to samosas stuffed with strawberry, street food trends in India have grabbed eyeballs, sometimes for the wrong reasons. Now, the latest street food video to go viral involves preparing an omelette with coke and Oreo biscuits.
Omelette Made With Coke & Oreo Biscuits Is The Latest Food Trend
In an utterly bizarre yet viral video, a street food vendor is seen pouring Coca-Cola into a pan. He then goes on add crumbled Oreo biscuits into the pan. Next, he does the unthinkable. The street food vendor adds a mixture of eggs and goes on to prepare an omelette. Then, he adds 4 to 5 slices of bread and blends them with the mixture. As he flips the omelette, most of the dish spills outside. However, this doesn’t stop him from finishing his creation. He tops the bizarre bread omelette with chopped onions, coriander and Oreo biscuits.

The viral omelette video has left netizens shocked beyond belief. Leaving netizens with their stomachs churning, one person commented that he’d rather consume poison. Another one called it ‘monstrosity’ and yet another netizen sarcastically urged the vendor to chuck the entire dish down the drain.
