Bira 91 recently announced the long-awaited return of International Curry Week. Now in its third instalment, the week aims to celebrate culture, curries, and flavour by bringing India’s top chefs together.  Held across top restaurants in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore, the chefs will curate a custom curry-centric menu. This curry-based menu will be paired with the newly launched Bira 91 RISE, India’s First Premium Rice Strong Lager.

Expect chef pop-ups in your city from Vicky Ratnani, Kavan Kuttappa (Naru Noodle Bar), Vanshika Bhatia (Petite Pie Shop), Gresham (Impresario), Avinash Martins (Four Seasons), Jatin Mallick (Tres), Shriya Shetty (Sly Granny) and more. These curry dishes are set to elevate the dining experience of consumers.

Collectively, these are the restaurants gearing up to celebrate International Curry Week. It is taking place at JW Mariott Mumbai, Four Seasons Mumbai in Mumbai, Seefah, Salt Water Café in Mumbai; Tres in New Delhi and Sly Granny in Bengaluru.
