An Instagram user coldfuzzz has posted a video where he is seen following Jackie Shroff’s instruction to make anda kadipatta. The video starts with Jackie Shroff instructing to break the egg and separate egg whites from the yolk and keep it still. The next step is to take a pan with oil and let the curry leaves crackle in it. You can hear the actor stating that there should be enough curry leaves.

The next step is to add the sizzling curry leaves to raw and unbeaten egg whites and transfer everything back to the pan. This recipe by the actor is probably the coolest egg recipe that you need to try. The video was originally shared by Sikandar Kher and captioned as ‘these eggs are cooler than most rock stars’.
