Before this homestay was built, the place had a house. The house was set up using wood and mud bricks. The owners followed the process of sustainability while building the stay later and they used a lot of materials from the past house. They use solar energy for the water supply. In fact, they faced the stay in the south to have the most warmth and comfort. With earthy tones and wooden furniture, the hotel looks minimal and stunning.

The windows of the 3 rooms come with the most picturesque views of the flowing Indus River, the Himalayas, chinar trees, monasteries after monasteries, and so much more to stare at.
