An Instagram user named Ajnas KV captured the Kullu police’s road advisory and uploaded it on his Instagram account @travel_bird__. In the video, we can see that the signboard has a warning written in bold on it. The warning says ‘DON’T DRIVE DRUNK. Jail in Manali is extremely cold’. The Kullu police department also added a smoking advisory stating ‘Cigarette Burns The Lungs’.
