The co-founder of the travel company, Banjara camps took a leap into the restaurant industry by launching four cafes in Delhi, with his partner, Ashish Arora. What makes, Roots Cafe different from its contemporaries, is the spellbinding views of the Kully Valley and Vyas river that it offers. It was built on the plot that once belonged to a British soldier in the 1950s. Surrounded by apple and pear orchards, this cafe has a cosy ambience.
