Workers are gearing up to complete the construction of pandals and welcome Maa Durga. West Bengal is getting decked up in the most beautiful way and the unique pandal themes are all that we can talk about now. A Durga Puja pandal is getting ready to transport people to Egypt and we are so excited to give you a virtual tour of the place!
Belgharia 17 Pally To Get A Pyramid-Themed Pandal This Durga Puja

To celebrate puja this year, Belgharia 17 Pally has come up with a special pandal. This time, the members want to worship Maa Durga in a pandal that looks just like the iconic Egyptian Pyramids. Several YouTube videos share that the pandal is going to have a pyramid as tall as 66 feet. Well, not just one, but the structural plan also is to construct 4 pyramids within the premises. To give that exact feel of Egyptian pyramids, white sand is going to be added all over as a part of the decoration.
The more, the merrier! To bring the concept and imagination into reality, human beings wearing traditional outfits of Egypt and camels are coming up at the Durga Puja pandal as well. The world-renowned structure of Sphinx is coming up as well. To make the Sphinx structure, artists are building it using bamboo and then covering it with hay.
The Pandal Is Going To Be GRAND!
Along with all such marvellous intricacies and decorations, the workers are also working on creating a huge beautiful artificial moon to add more glam to the Durga Puja pandal. The ceiling and walls of the pandal are getting decked up with stunning paintings of Egyptian Hieroglyphs, carvings, and so many more historical touches. All the preparations are taking place with only one goal and it is to create a splendid Egyptian environment with all things authentic and traditional.
