This is one of our favourite breakfast places in the city, specially on a sunny winter morning. It has the most unique menu and delicate preparations. Their kokum deserves a special menu alongside a filter coffee that’s best enjoyed in silence. Set inside a museum, this café sees a calm crowd and positive vibes. Carry a book or host a big brunch, filter coffee is a necessity for all moods. They also have a cold filtered coffee which is perfect for the summer.

This restaurant has changed the face of the food scene in Kailash Colony Market. They have the most extensive menu with 10 pages of dosas, uthappams, curries and thalis. From cheese dosa to Rava Kesari, the options will blow your mind. They also serve both hot and cold filter coffee and we say, try both!

6. Karnataka Food Centre
Community tables are just as good as the coffee on them. This place really brings people together on the pretext of some amazing filter coffee and shared tables depending on how crowded it gets. South Indian is a cuisine of flavour, chutney, spices and coconut to wash it all down. Relationships are a little like that, packed with details and simmered down by conversation over coffee.

Their humble and masterful kitchen opens at 8 AM. It’s perfect for that morning coffee and all-day happiness. The food here is always a safe bet.
