Yes, you read the headline correctly. It’s time that you can now fly directly from Bengaluru to Sydney, thanks to Qantas Airways. The Airways earlier this year announced that they will be coming up with direct flights to Sydney from Bengaluru and finally the day has come. The first direct flight from Bengaluru to Sydney took off on 14th September. So if you are in southern India and want to fly to Sydney, you no longer have to go on connecting flights.
Fly Directly From Bengaluru To Sydney In Qantas Airways
Qantas Airways ever since announced the introduction of direct flights from Bengaluru To Sydney, it saw great demand. The demand was so strong that all cabins on the initial outward and return flights simply sold out in no time. This move has proved to be super convenient for people who reside in the southern part of India and Bengaluru. Last year the airways had launched direct flights from Australia to Delhi which became quite popular. The only airline currently operating direct flights between the two main cities in Australia and the north and south of India is Qantas.

Schedule Of The Direct Flight
Satyaki Raghunath, Chief Strategy and Development Officer of Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) said that the direct flights from Bengaluru to Sydney is for sure a very historic moment for the Bengaluru airport. The flights will operate about 4 times in a week. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the days when the flights will be operating. Qantas has added new food items with Indian influences to its in-flight menu on the new Bengaluru services. Along with lamb chettinad in Business class and paneer makhani, cumin seed pilaf, and green peas and beans masala in Economy. The airfare for a roundtrip for the direct flight starts from $1,320.
