Chef Avinash established C’est L’avi to preserve the heritage of Goan cuisine and his family’s treasured recipes. The restaurant aims to restore the glory of Goan cuisine and celebrate the flora, fauna, tradition and culture of the land. The setup has a rustic feel to it. Nestled atop a mountain, enjoy panoramic views of the fields, coconut and cashew trees and sweet water ponds. A natural spring situated nearby enhances the food whipped up at the restaurant. To give you the full-blown Goan experience, there are rooms here for a siesta after a wholesome meal.

Coming straight to the food, Chef Avinash and his team cook food based on the principles of local and fresh Goan ingredients. The meals are carefully curated based on the guests’ dining preferences and allergies. The best part is that the means are never fixed. So you can expect seasonal produce, embracing the flavours of the beach destination. Traditional cooking styles like wood-fired oven, clay utensils in an open mud wall kitchen awaits you. The dishes feature fresh seafood, cashew, raw banana and coconut as ingredients and heroes of the meals. The entire dining experience amounts to ₹5000 per person, inclusive of drinks.
