These Awesome Places In Bangalore Are Perfect For A Post-Pandemic Day Out

The country is unlocking from the coronavirus lockdown now and we are gradually getting back to our normal routines. On August 29, 2020, the Centre has issued the guidelines of ‘Unlock 4.0’, allowing almost every activity outside the containment zones. Restaurants in many states across India had started reopening during the last couple of months. However, in Karnataka, liquor shops were allowed to sale only takeaways. As part of the new relaxations, metro, pubs and bars in the state will open up in a graded manner. And if you’re planning a day’s outing in Bangalore now, these 5 places must be on your list:

1. Taking Snaps At Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace

When was the last time you had clicked an Instagrammable picture of yours with a magnificent fort in the backdrop? If it had been too long, it’s time to relive the old memories by heading to Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace at Chamrajpet, Bangalore. It remains open every day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The awe-inspiring two-storeyed teakwood carved Indo-Islamic architecture with quaint arches and motifs will wipe off your lockdown stresses. Another beautiful option could be the splendid Bangalore Palace, but it has not opened up for tourists yet.
