In the video linked above, we can see Mool Raj Tea Stall’s uncle wearing a red sweater setting a couple of slices of bread to roast on top of a chullah burning with coal. When two slices of bread are slightly toasted from one side, he takes it off on his counter. Next, he emptied a sachet of jam on the untoasted side of bread and slathered it nicely.

For the second slice, he took a thick piece of butter and smashed it onto the counter with the help of his knife. He transferred in on the bread and spread it nicely. Again, he set to toast these pieces of bread on the coal so that the butter melts.

For the last time, he took it off the heat and sandwiched it, cut it into four pieces and served it on a plate. Get ready to experience a buttery explosion in your mouth along with jam. Oh, don’t forget to pair it up with tea!
