Raipur Mall’s 20-Foot Hanuman Statue Took 300 Hours & 2.5 Lakh Pearls To Create

Avinash Magneto Mall has left us awestruck with its 20-foot-tall statue of Lord Hanuman, made using pearls and beads. Scroll down to know how it was made!

The Lord Hanuman statue in Raipur Mall is nothing we’ve ever seen before. This statue is made using 2.5 lakh white pearls and beads. It has no stone structure but instead features hundreds of hanging strings arranged vertically to form the figure of Lord Hanuman. And it’s so cool and mesmerising to watch! This magnificent 3D installation creates a floating effect from every angle.

How Many Hours Did It Take To Make This Statue?

It took around 300 hours for artisans to create this beautiful Lord Hanuman statue. While sharing a glimpse of this beautiful installation, the mall described it as one of the largest installations of its kind inside a commercial complex. Also, the pillar around the statue features the word ‘Ram’ and is decorated with flowers and coconuts nearby. When you see this installation in person, you’ll get to see it differently from different angles.

1.5 Lakh Pearls Come Together To Create A Beautiful Ram Darbar

The Lord Hanuman statue is not the only attraction at Raipur Mall, Chhattisgarh. It also features a Ram Darbar made with around 1.5 lakh pearls. As per News18 report, it includes Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Lakshman and Lord Hanuman together. The mall also showcased hand-painted artwork, making Raipur Mall a go-to place, especially if you appreciate art.

If you’re planning to enjoy these artworks, don’t worry; you don’t have to pay anything. The exhibition is free for everyone! You can visit the mall between 11 am and 10 pm to catch a glimpse of these stunning pearl creations.
