If you’re fully vaccinated, then put no brake on your travel plans. Take adequate measures, wear masks in public, maintain social distancing and get those travel plans rolling. While we just bid goodbye to Navaratri and Dussehra, Diwali is just around the corner. This can mean travelling across the country to visit loved ones, a quick getaway to the mountains, or a secluded trip to the beach. But the best trips are those which are devoid of quarantine or RT-PCR tests. So, fully vaccinated tourists can fly off to these Indian states that don’t have quarantine or Covid-19 testing. But there are some states in India and other countries that demand RT-PCR tests irrespective of vaccination statuses.  Read on to

List Of Countries That Require RT-PCR Tests

If you’re flying from India to Dubai or Abu Dhabi you need to mandatorily take 3 Covid-19 tests. The first test needs to be taken 48 hours before departure to the last direct flight to Dubai. The second rapid PCR test must be taken not more than 6 hours before departure. And the last test must be taken on arrival to the UAE. If you’re flying from India to the Maldives, you must show a negative PCR test result taken 96 hours before entry to the Maldives.

List Of Indian States That Demand RT-PCR Tests

Fully vaccinated tourists can visit the glorious beaches of Goa without any quarantine or Covid-19 testing required. However, those arriving from Kerala must show a negative RT-PCR report taken 72 hours before departure. Passengers from both Kerala and Maharashtra arriving in Karnataka must also take an RT-PCR test 72 hours prior to departure. This is irrespective of the vaccination status.

List Of Indian States Where Fully Vaccinated Tourists Don’t Require RT-PCR Tests & Quarantine

Travellers flying to West Bengal from Chennai, Pune and Mumbai must also do the same. Meanwhile, fully vaccinated tourists can visit Goa, West Bengal, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Ladakh, Kerala Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Punjab and Rajasthan without any quarantine or tests.
