Couple Travellers Prefer Goa & Solo Travellers Plan Trips To Kochi In 2023 Says This Study

It was Valentine’s day recently and many couples do special things with their partners to celebrate it. One of the more popular things to do with one’s partner is to go on a romantic trip. Kayak, a popular search engine used for booking flights, recently revealed data about the most searched destinations on its website. The data revealed that in 2023, the most preferred destination for couple travellers is Goa, while solo travellers prefer Kochi.

Couples Prefer Goa While Solo Travellers Prefer Kochi

According to the data revealed by the search engine’s company, the most searched destination by couples on Kayak was Goa. It seems that many Indian couples look forward to spending their time on romantic beaches.

On the other hand, the most searched-for destination for solo travelling is Kochi in Kerala. Many people go on solo travel around Valentine’s day in order to celebrate this popular romantic holiday in an unconventional manner and by spending time with themselves.

It seems that Kochi is popular with both couples and solo travellers, however, it is more so with solo travellers. Similarly, Male in the Maldives, too, is popular with both solo travellers and couples, even though couples prefer it more.

Goa also made it to the list of the top ten most-searched destinations for both couples and solo travellers. Whereas it occupies the top spot in the list for couples, it ranks 3rd for solo travellers.
