Janakpuri West Is One Of The Most Bustling Metro Stations In Delhi
Today, Janakpuri West is one of the most bustling metro stations in Delhi and acts as an interchange between Blue Line and Magenta Line. The Janakpuri West Metro has shortened the travel time between Gurgaon and Noida. Through this station, the time taken to reach Noida from Gurgaon has come down by 50 minutes. By road, covering the same distance would take around 2 hours or even more, taking the traffic jams into account. Janakpuri West-Kalkaji Mandir section has a total of 16 stations. And one of the prime attractions while travelling on this route is the giant escalator of Janakpuri West. We might not ‘feel’ the length of the escalators when the crowd is thick, but if we visit the station at hours without rush, we can definitely experience the fun of riding on them.
