Putting Plans Into Action

According to The Better India, to put his plan into action, Biraja Rout rented a small space near his office. He would work in Infosys during the weekdays and spent his weekend selling burgers. A home chef was hired, and a kiosk was purchased to execute the ‘Biggies Burger’ plan. In order to entice customers, Rout launched baked burgers which he claimed have 30 per cent fewer calories than regular burgers. Baking burgers instead of frying or baking them, helped Rout save space in his 5×5 feet kitchen area.
