PCO is known for its specially crafted cocktail menus inspired by delicate and unique fabrics, especially from India. Today, we are focusing on the Kanchipuram Silk created by Franklin D’Souza. He was influenced by the famous south-Indian silk! This aromatic drink is prepared by ghee-washed Jim Beam, orange bitters, cardamom tincture, cashew foam and edible gold glitter! This is a direct nod to the silk made from mulberry silk woven in the temple along with the halwa prasad served. The creativity is out of the box with this south-Indian cocktail.
