Abu Dhabi truly offers something for everyone. With its slew of cultural and adventure sports, the emirate is truly thriving with tourists who are exploring all sides of its beauty. And now the capital of the UAE has handed over its reign of planning the trip to children! Confused? Well, the Department of Culture and Tourism released its new summer campaign in which they released an ideal itinerary that is recommended by kids!
DCT Abu Dhabi Reveals Kids’ Approved Itinerary
Yes as revealed previously, Visit Abu Dhabi revealed a campaign by the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi. On the basis of insights collected from 7,000 children who were aged 5 to 12 years, we now have the perfect seven-day itinerary for Abu Dhabi. These children are not just from the UAE but from nine countries and they point out everything that they actually want in order to make their holidays unforgettable!
So while 90% of the children would want to make new friends during their holiday, there were still 89% of them who wanted to step into the world of fantasy films, games, and a whole new world. In fact, there were 85% of them who also wanted to become zookeepers, astronauts, or even race drivers for the day.

What Does The Itinerary Look Like?
On the basis of these varied answers, here’s what the perfect itinerary for Abu Dhabi looks like.
Day One
Visiting Yas Island is a must on Day 1, which lets people explore the fun-filled Yas Island Water World and the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. The world’s fastest rollercoaster to water rides, which lets you splash into the water, it’s truly a playground for people of all ages.
Day Two
The next day would be spent entirely at the Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi. Here people can get to meet their favourite hero, such as Batman or get chatty with their fave cartoon character, such as Looney Tunes! This truly sounds like a magical place, the best bit? It’s air conditioned, which helps you stay coool under the UAE sun.
Day Three
The next day would be devoted to exploring Emirate Park Zoo, or people can also head out to the mangroves, where they can take on a nature kayaking adventure. Don’t forget to carry your binoculars along if you also wish to get a glimpse of the beautiful surroundings.
Day Four
A cultural experience for the day, this day would be dedicated to hands-on art workshops, Emirati storytelling and loads more. To indulge in such experiences, people can visit Manarat Al Saadiyat or they can also drop by Louvre Abu Dhabi.
Day Five
A new entrant in the emirate, teamLab Phenomena, is where you can let your imagination run wild. Bringing digital art that turns everything alive, it’s not just an immersive experience, but something magical that you cannot miss.
Day Six
A day when children (and adults) can just relax and enjoy all that Abu Dhabi has to offer. This kid-approved itinerary includes everything from relaxing by the pool to grabbing ice cream.
Day Seven
For this day, you will want to visit the soon-to-open Zayed National Museum or Natural History Museum. After all, the cool T-rex fossil that are ages old and lets you travel across time, relaying the universe’s tale.
