Har Sheher Mein Khau Galli: Uttar Pradesh To Soon Have Food Streets In All Cities

Khau Gallis are usually the cheapest, most convenient ways to explore an array of different foods. They are also very accessible and available to almost every class of people. The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, has recently announced an action plan for creating a food street in every city of the state. This is a welcome move as it can boost the economy of the state and introduce locals to different cuisines of India.

Khau Gallis To Feature Food From Different States

According to the spokesperson, the CM directed that the food streets should feature the local citizens to different cuisines of the country. The CM hopes that this initiative will give a boost to the spirit of unity among the locals. He said that India is a sangam or a confluence of different cultures and as such, he wants the people to experience the diversity of the country.

Food is one of the best ways to explore a particular culture, and since India is comprised of so many cultures, what better way to explore India than by tasting the food that different regions of India have to offer?
