Financial insights firm, Top Dollar reviewed over 500 restaurants that have one, two and three Michelin stars. The final report took note of the cheapest items on the menu. There are 34 countries in the world that have Michelin-starred restaurants. Non-traditional menus like tapas were separated, to keep things fair. So, the world’s most affordable Michelin-starred restaurant is Hostellerie la Montagne in France. The seasonal menu here costs $25 (₹1827). Outside Europe, Three Coins in Taiwan offers delicious Cantonese meals with Taiwanese touches. The dishes include steamed abalone with dried and fresh tomatoes. And the set meal costs $36 (₹2631).

75 Michelin Starred Restaurants Serve Meals Less Than $100 Per Person

The Top Dollar report also features 75 entries with restaurants serving meals costing under $100 (₹7309) per person. While there are no three-star restaurants offering meals within this bracket, the cheapest Michelin- three-starred restaurant can be found in Le Palais in Taiwan. You can enjoy an 8-course meal for $138.63(₹10,133). In the USA, head to Le Bernardin in New York for a meal costing $175(₹12,791 ).
