Three venues are still operating in the northern portion of the property, whereas the southern portion has been flattened. Al Shorea, Filli, and Starbucks are the three currently operating eateries.  La Mer Central, the shopping and dining district close to the water park, is now accessible as well.

Rebranding of the company will be part of the new development. This suggests that a new hangout area in Dubai will open early the following year.

So don’t go looking for La Mer in Dubai anymore as it might get a new name soon! And don’t forget new beach clubs and restaurants paving their way on this rebranded and renovated location next year.
